Return and Exchange policy
At Splits by Anderson, we work hard to provide our customers impeccable products. However, if you are not satisfied for the reasons listed below, we have an exchange policy.
Terms of exchange:
- You must initiate the exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- We only replace products if (a) you have a size issue, (b) if the product has a manufacturing defect or (c) if the product is damaged while being shipped to you.
How to exchange your product:
- To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You should email us your proof of purchase and reason for exchange to email@example.com
- We will respond to your email with our approval or rejection of your exchange within 24 hours.
- If your request is approved, we will request that you send the product back to us with a tracking number, The shipping costs for returning your product will be refunded to you.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, the shipping of your replacement product will be initiated. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
